We are an Asia buying office of a leading French retailing Group in Hong Kong. To cope with our business strategy and presently is looking for talented candidates to fill in the following position:

職位描述：
Job Description:
? Develop, implement, coordinate and maintain policies and procedures related to recruitment, employment, labor relations, wage and benefit administration and training in different cities
? Ensure compliance with various local and state rules and regulations
? Administer wage and salary policies and structures, and performance appraisal programs
? Maintain good relationship with the local authorities (Labor office and etc.)
? Evaluate corporate training & development needs
? Assist in the development of position descriptions, advertisements, liaise with the HKHR team in respect to terms and conditions of employment and other recruitment related documentation
? To conduct the resume screen and preliminary interview
? To facilitate new employees on-board or Exit process ,Personnel file management
? assist C&B specialist for social insurance, housing fund works
Requirements
? Degree in Human Resources Management
? 5 years or more of relevant HR experience,
? Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin
? Good PC skills with hands-on experience in HRMS
? Self-motivated, innovative and creative with regard to organizational change and training program development.
? Proven planning, organizational abilities and strategic development abilities.
