Dongguan KGI Technical Consulting, Ltd., a Wholly Foreign-owned Enterprise incorporated in Dongguan China, is mainly engaged in providing testing and technical supportive services relating to audio speakers and other related products to its related company Klipsch in the U.S, Canada and Europe.

職位描述：
Essential Functions of the Position
1. Coordinates the quality measurements on the supplier production floor. Personally tests quality of products to the established quality and reliability standards.
2. Assures that returned defective products are repaired or replaced and returned to customers in a timely basis. Records and processes the appropriate paperwork for these product returns.
3. Analyzes returned defective products and parts data to determine causes and solutions that may require changes in suppliers, production processes or other.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Educational/Experience Requirements
1. Minimum of 5 years experience in quality in a manufacturing facility
2. Supervisory experience preferred
3. Computer literacy with spreadsheet software knowledge required.
4. Strong written and interpersonal skills required.
5. Good decision making and analytical skills with demonstrated responsibility and urgency.
6. Must be highly organized
7. Knowledge of electronic testing equipment preferred.
