我們是美國的法蘭克林體育用品有限公司，在運動用品行業(yè)已有超過75年的歷史。鑒于中國代表處（東莞常平鎮(zhèn)）業(yè)務的擴大，我們期望尋找有潛力的員工加入我們的中國辦事處。

職位描述：
Job scope:
1. Conduct product inspection on hard goods and toys at vendor's factories, it is the main job responsibility.
2. Prepare inspection report, data processing and analysis of the quality report of our vendors.
3. Keep daily communication with our vendors and US head office, direct our vendors in meeting our corporate policy in the quality assurance and product safety requirement.
4. Support on product approval and quality problem solving.
5. Support the project development and sourcing activities.
6. Conduct factory audit and support vendors in meeting the social compliance when needed.
Requirement:
1. Age at 25 or above, with 3 years above relevant working experience on hard goods and toys.
2. Hardworking, honest and outgoing character is required. Good communicating and interpersonal skills, able to work independently.
3. College or Undergraduate degree, College graduate with English CET level 4 or above. The candidate MUST be able communicate independently in WRITTEN and ORAL English. Fluent Putonghua is a MUST.
4. Experience in working with USA global retailers will be an advantage. Experience in factory quality process, ISO9001 knowledge is an advantage..
5. Familiar with office software MS words, excel, PowerPoint, outlook exchange.
6. Base in Dongguan Office. Frequent travel in China is required. Suitable candidates will have the opportunity to support our Asian office operation.

工作職責：
1. 首要職責去供應商工廠驗貨，產品多為雜貨及玩具。
2. 完成驗貨報告，對供應商提供的報告進行數(shù)據(jù)處理和分析。
3. 保持與供應商及美國總部的日常溝通，引導供應商達到我司在品質保證和產品安全上的要求。
4. 協(xié)助簽板，解決產品質量問題。
5. 對公司的項目發(fā)展和采購提供支持。
6. 進行工廠審核，協(xié)助工廠符合社會責任及質量保證的要求。
要求：
1. 25歲或以上，3年或以上雜貨及玩具品質管控相關工作經驗。
2. 誠實，努力，性格外向是必要條件，溝通能力強，善于人際交往，能獨立工作。
3. 大?；虼髮W本科學歷，大學英語4級以上。必須能夠獨立應對工作中的英語口語和寫作。普通話標準。
4. 具備與美國大零售商合作的工作經驗，熟悉工廠質量體系，熟悉ISO9001將優(yōu)先考慮。
5. 熟悉Office軟件，如words, excel, PPT, outlook
6. 日常工作中需經常出差至廣東省內及全國各地等。合適的候選人未來會有機會去接觸我們公司的亞洲業(yè)務。
