JOB DESCRIPTION-Product Developer of Phone Screen Protection （手機(jī)保護(hù)膜產(chǎn)品開發(fā)）

BRIEF SUMMARY 概述
Product developer is a hybrid of engineer and coordinator. The main works are to work closely with oversea development partner and factory to achieve what the design want of the aesthitic shape of the product, to tracking the sample schedule to meet the production schedule and the order shipment, to evaluate the raw material and finished product and do the performance test to make sure the material and the finished meet the company quality standard, to do support to mass production on needed basis.
產(chǎn)品開發(fā)專員是工程師和協(xié)調(diào)者結(jié)合的工作，主要是協(xié)助海外開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)和工廠之間的緊密合作，了解產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)和要求，跟蹤樣品進(jìn)度，生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度以達(dá)到訂單順利出貨。前期對原材料和成品進(jìn)行評估，性能測試，以確保原材料和成品符合公司的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并在需要的基礎(chǔ)上為批量生產(chǎn)提供支持。
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 基本職責(zé)和責(zé)任
Materials: evaluate the raw material for what the potential risk of using that material on specific style(construction related), and do related performance testing for verification.
材料:評估原材料在特定類型(與結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān))使用該材料的潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，并進(jìn)行相關(guān)性能測試以驗(yàn)證。
Products: work closely with oversea partner and factory for design comments hand-off to make sure the factory correctly understand what the design want. Review the sample to make sure the hand-off comments are met; evaluate the sample for potential failure mode; arrange the related performance testing for verification and give suggestions to design and factory.
產(chǎn)品:與海外開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)和工廠緊密合作，確保工廠正確理解設(shè)計(jì)需求。對樣品進(jìn)行測試評審，確保符合我司要求;評估樣品的潛在不良風(fēng)險(xiǎn);安排相關(guān)性能測試進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證，并向海外同事和工廠提出建議。
Timeline control: to oversee the schedule of the prototype sample, the gold samples, to meet the production schedule and shipment.
時(shí)間控制:監(jiān)督樣品的進(jìn)度，確保生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度和準(zhǔn)時(shí)出貨。
Manufacturing: Evaluate the pre-production trial for complicated styles, and do online review and support in needed.
生產(chǎn):試產(chǎn)前對復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估，并在需要時(shí)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場評審和支持。
QUALIFICATIONS 職位要求
Command the screen protection product construction, and the assembly process.
熟悉屏幕保護(hù)膜的結(jié)構(gòu)、裝配工藝。
Master the testing methodology of the different material types and different protection product types.
掌握不同材料類型和不同防護(hù)產(chǎn)品的檢測方法。
Familiar with production line arrangement, and familiar with the different protection machines used during manufacturing.
熟悉生產(chǎn)線流程，熟悉生產(chǎn)過程中使用的基本設(shè)備。
Have the basic knowledge of raw materials, include but not limited to, PP, PET, ARM and PVC ect.
了解基本的原材料知識，包括但不限于，PP, PET, ARM, PVC等。
At least 3 years related area working experience.
3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Good command in English, CET-4 or above will be advanced.
良好的英語能力，英語四級或以上優(yōu)先考慮
Responsible, self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
有責(zé)任心，上進(jìn)心強(qiáng)，能在壓力下工作
